Using its proprietary Geomatrix™ oral delivery technology, SkyePharma developed a dual release diclofenac sodium formulation for ratiopharm.
Of a total dose of 150 mg, 25 mg is released immediately, followed by a slow release of 125 mg. diclofenac-ratiopharm® uno is indicated in the symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation in patients suffering from chronic arthritis, particularly rheumatoid arthritis.
