Jeremy Scudamore was appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Chairman in October 2007. Mr Scudamore, has over 35 years' experience in the life sciences industry and is currently Chairman of Oxford Advanced Surfaces plc and BoardLink Group Ltd, Senior Independent Director of ARM Holdings plc and Non-Executive Director of Oxford Catalysts Group plc. Previous Directorships include the Avecia Group, Cyprotex and Stem Cell Sciences plc. He holds a BA in Geography from Nottingham University.
