Jean-Charles Tschudin was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director in July 2007. He is chairman of the Nominations & Governance Committee and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. He is a Non-Executive Director of Sinclair Pharma PLC. Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer for Yamanouchi Europe (now Astellas Europe) and a senior executive at Cardinal Health, Johnson & Johnson and Schering-Plough. He holds an Economics Business degree from Georgetown University and is a Chartered Director.
